Cered needed a simple yet effective logo that communicated it’s core aims as a language initiative within the local authority of Ceredigion. Ceredigion is a coastal county and a predominantly rural area with a high proportion of the population living outside of the main towns.

The quotation marks encapsulate the language element of Cered’s purpose, with the polygonal coastline representing Ceredigion itself.
